This year Jeff Gallin is teaching a special Solstice Class at our Westhampton Beach studio. At next fri's 5:30 class I plan on leading an ancient Ayurvedic series used at the time of the solstice. It is a series of postures held for longer than normal and separated by mini savasanas. Each posture is related to a chakra and different breathing technique...a perfect fit as a prelude to the beach celebration. Please call for details.
